摘　　要：目的探究CO_2点阵激光联合局部注射醋酸曲安奈德对增生性瘢痕患者瘢痕(VSS)评分及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年10月~2016年4月我院增生性瘢痕患者62例,依据治疗方案不同分组,各31例。对照组予以局部注射醋酸曲安奈德治疗,研究组予以局部注射醋酸曲安奈德+CO_2点阵激光治疗。观察统计两组治疗效果,并对比治疗前后两组瘢痕及生活质量(SF-36)评分变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.32%(28/31)远高于对照组67.74%(21/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前VSS、SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,治疗后研究组SF-36评分较高,VSS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对增生性瘢痕患者予以局部注射醋酸曲安奈德治疗基础上,加用CO_2点阵激光,可有效降低VSS评分,改善患者生活质量,效果较为显著。Objective To investigate the effect of CO2lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection on the scar(VSS)score and quality of life in patients with hypertrophic scar.Methods62patients with hypertrophic scar from October2014to April2016in our hospital were divided into groups according to different treatment protocols.The control group was given local injection of triamcinolone acetonide treatment,while the study group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with CO2lattice laser.The curative effect of two groups was observed and compared,and the changes of scars and quality of life(SF-36)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was90.32%(28/31),which was higher than that of the control group67.74%(21/31).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VSS and SF-36scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher SF-36scores and lower VSS scores after operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of localized injection of triamcinolone acetonide,the addition of CO2lattice laser can effectively reduce the VSS score and improve the quality of life of patients,and the effect is more significant.
