剖宫产术后外科免缝拉链切口护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的对剖宫产术后外科免缝拉链切口的护理技术进行分析。方法对郑州大学第三附属医院剖宫产手术后采用外科免缝拉链技术的120例孕妇进行研究,120例孕妇被平均分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。其中,观察组护理为外科免缝拉链综合护理,对照组的护理为一般护理。结果通过比较观察组和对照组,所有剖宫产术后外科免缝拉链手术的孕妇,观察组在住院时间、美容效果、切口感染等方面要比对照组好。结论剖宫产后采用免缝拉链技术,利用综合护理的方式能够对切口进行更好的护理,使美肤效果更显著,住院时间减少,手术之后感染概率也降低。Objective To analyze the nursing technique of surgical free zipper incision after cesarean section.Methods120cases of pregnant women who underwent surgical free zipper incision were studied in The Third Affiliated Hospitals of Zhengzhou University.120pregnant women were divided into observation group and control group with60cases in each group.Among them,the observation group nursing care for surgical free zipper comprehensive care,the control group care for general care.Results Compared with the observation group and the control group,the observation group was better than the control group in the length of stay,cosmetic effect,incision infection,etc.Conclusion To surgical free zipper incision after cesarean section,nursing by comprehensive nursing mode is better-the beautiful skin effect is more significant,reduce hospitalization time after surgery and the infection probability is reduced.
