摘 要:目的探讨美容整形受术者的人格因素与术后满意度之间的相关性。方法将372例整形美容受术者分为满意组263例和不满意组109例,借助卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)和自制美容整形术后满意度问卷对其进行调查分析,比较两组受术者人格因素各指标差异,以及人格因素与术后满意度之间的相关性。结果两组间人格因素稳定性、恃强性、有恒性、敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性和自律性之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);稳定性、有恒性和自律性得分与满意度总分之间呈正相关,恃强性、敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性得分与满意度总分之间呈负相关。结论美容整形受术者术后满意度与人格特征有一定关系,具有不稳定情绪、思想敏感易怀疑、强迫思维者易出现术后不满意,应加强这类人群的干预护理。Objective Investigate the correlation between personality factors and postoperative satisfaction in patients undergoing cosmetic surgery.Methods372cases of cosmetic operation were divided into satisfactory group and263cases were not satisfied with109cases,with the help of questionnaire Cattell16personality factor(16PF)and self-made plastic surgery satisfaction questionnaire survey analysis,personality factors between the two groups of each index difference,and the correlation between personality factors and operation after the satisfaction.Result Between the two groups of personality factors of stability,strength,perseverance,sensitivity,suspicion,statistically significant differences between fantasy and self existence(P<0.05);there is a positive correlation between stability,perseverance and self-discipline and the scores of satisfaction score,aggressiveness,sensitivity,suspicion,there was a negative correlation between the score of fantasy the total score and satisfaction.Conclusion The satisfaction of postoperative patients with cosmetic surgery is related to their personality characteristics.Unstable emotion,sensitive thinking,easy thinking and obsessive thinking are easy to occur.Postoperative intervention should be strengthened.
