基于正交实验的高速光纤着色方法研究

摘  要:利用正交实验方法研究光固化炉温度、油墨压力和油墨温度对高速光纤着色效果的影响,用方差分析方法来分析实验结果,从而确定最优的实验参数,使得光纤在高速着色时着色圆整度效果达到最佳,符合企业要求的三化改造和产能倍增的要求。整个实验过程采用PLC编程进行控制。实验结果对于光纤着色机提速生产具有重要的意义。The effects of temperature of light curing furnace,ink pressure and ink temperature on the coloring quality of high-speed optical fiber were experimentally studied based on orthogonal experiment.The optimal experimental parameters were determined by analyzing the experimental results based on the variance analysis method,which achieved the best results in the coloring roundness in the course of high-speed coloring,in accordance with the requirements of Three Reformation and production capacity doubled.The whole process of the experiment was controlled by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).The experimental results have an important significance for speeding up production of fiber coloring machine.
