摘　　要：根据多年来对缠绕式垫片产品的监督抽查检测情况,总结出产品在加工制造中经常出现的钢带冒出、皱褶、压痕、伤痕与划痕、内圈钢带绕圈过多等质量问题;列举了缠绕式垫片的典型失效案例,如翘曲、滑移剪切,并进行了相应的失效案例分析,提出了预防措施;并对产品的制造应用提出了希望和建议。Based on years of supervision and inspection of spiral wound gasket product test,summed up the strip often appear in the manufacture of smoke,wrinkles,indentation,scars and scratches,inner quality problems such as excessive steel coils;lists the typical spiral wound gasket failure cases,such as warping,shear slip,and the corresponding failure analysis the prevention measures are put forward;the last hope and we put forward some suggestions on the application of product manufacturing.
