催眠治疗对脊髓损伤患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察催眠治疗对脊髓损伤患者康复的影响.方法资料随机选自2011年11月至2012年11月荆州市第一人民医院接受治疗的脊髓损伤患者66例,按照治疗方法将其随机平分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者予以常规治疗,研究组患者予以催眠治疗,观察并对比2组患者治疗后康复情况.结果研究组治疗后患者的脊髓独立功能的评分(SCIM)情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后抑郁及焦虑评分(HAMD、HAMA)情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后生活质量评定(WHOQOL-BREF)情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论催眠治疗有助于脊髓损伤患者抑郁及焦虑情况的改善,有利于提高患者脊髓独立功能,应广泛用于临床治疗与推广.Objective To observe the effects of hypnosis therapy on rehabilitation of patients with spinal cordinjury.Methods The data were randomly selected from66cases of patients with spinal cord injury treated in ourhospital from November2011-November2012.According to the treatment,the patients were divided into researchgroup and control group.Control patients were given routine therapy,and patients in the research group were givenhypnosis therapy,we observed and compared the recovery of two groups of patients after treatment.Results Aftertreatment,the spinal cord function score(SCIM)of patients in the research group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression and anxiety scale(HAMD,HAMA)of patients in the research group was better than control group,the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).The quality of life after treatment of research group patients(WHOQOL BREF)wasbetter than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypnosis therapyhelps to improve depression and anxiety in patients with spinal cord injury,improve patients with spinal cordfunction independently,should be widely used in clinical treatment and promotion.
