电脑辅助认知康复系统治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电脑辅助认知康复系统治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的临床疗效.方法资料随机选自2011年11月至2012年11月荆州市第一人民医院脑卒中后认知障碍70例患者,按照治疗方法随机平均分为研究组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组患者予以认知训练、运动及药物等常规治疗;研究组患者在对照组患者常规治疗的基础上予以电脑辅助认知康复系统治疗,观察并比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效.结果研究组患者洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表(LOTCA)评分情况较治疗前高,且评分(103±13)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)评分情况较治疗前有显著提高,且评分(244±37)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论电脑辅助认知康复系统治疗患者脑卒中后认知障碍具有显著疗效,应广泛用于临床推广与治疗.Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of computer aided cognitive rehabilitation systemfor the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods The data of70cases of cognitive impairment afterstroke patients were randomly selected from November2011-November2012in our hospital,according to thetreatment method,patients were randomly divided into research group(n=35)and control group(n=35).Thecontrol group patients were given cognitive training,sports and drugs and other conventional treatment.On the basisof conventional treatment,the research group patients were given computer aided cognitive rehabilitation systemtreatment.Then we observed and compared the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The cognitive rating scale(LOTCA)scores in patients in the research group was better than that in thecontrol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The simple mental state examination(MMSE)score of patients in the research group was better than that in the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Computer assisted cognitive rehabilitation system for patients withcognitive impairment after stroke has significant curative effect,and should be popularized and widely used inclinical treatment.
