内观疗法对精神分裂症伴发抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨内观疗法对精神分裂症伴发抑郁患者情绪症状及心理状态的影响.方法对精神分裂症伴发抑郁患者按照入组顺序分组,每组各128例.对照组按照精神分裂症治疗常规,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用内观疗法,治疗6周.在入组时和出组时分别对患者进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMA).结果第6周研究组HAMD、掩饰型因子分、消极应对因子分值显著低于对照组(t=2.37、2.33、2.36,P<0.05);研究组第6周HAMD、掩饰型因子分、消极应对因子分值显著低于第0周(t=2.31、2.42、2.47,P<0.05);研究组及对照组第6周PANSS总分及各因子分显著低于第0周(P<0.05).结论内观疗法可以改善精神分裂症伴发抑郁患者的心理健康水平,改善抑郁症状.Objective To study the influence of Naikan therapy on depression in patients with Schizophrenia.Methods256patients with Schizophrenia were divided into study group and control group according to the setsequence.The study group was simulated by Naikan therapy and the control group was given routine cure.Allpatients were assessed by Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),Simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),Defense way questionnaire(DSQ),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA).Results In the6th week,the differences in HAMD score,Cover factor,negative coping werestatistically significant between the two groups(t=2.37,2.33,2.36,P<0.05).The differencs in HAMAscore,Cover factor,negative coping were statistically significant between the0th and the6th week in the studygroups(t=2.31,2.42,2.47,P<0.05).The difference of PANSS score were statistically significant between the0th and6th week of the two groups.Conclusion The Naikan therapy can improve the mental symptoms anddepressive symptoms in patients with Schizophrenia.
