腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切和传统阴式子宫全切在非脱垂子宫切除中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察并分析腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切和传统阴式子宫全切在非脱垂子宫切除中的临床效果.方法选取2013年3月至2016年4月于蒙自市人民医院接受手术治疗的子宫良性病变患者126例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术,对照组采取传统阴式子宫切除术,观察、对比2组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况.结果观察组患者手术时间及术中出血量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组手术并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组的各项生活质量评分与总分相比,观察组较高(230.79±9.54),有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在非子宫脱垂子宫切除术中,腹腔镜辅助下的阴式子宫切除术效果明显优于传统的阴式子宫切除术,值得临床推广应用.Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomyand vaginal hysterectomy for non prolapse of uterus.Methods From March2015to April2016,126cases ofuterus benign lesions received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group andcontrol group.The observation group was given laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy resection,while thecontrol group was given routine vaginal hysterectomy.The blood loss,operative time,hospitalization time andcomplications incidence were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and the amount ofbleeding in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that inthe control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in theincidence of surgical complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The quality of life of the two groups wascompared with the total score,the observation group was higher(230.79+9.54),P<0.05,the difference wasstatistically significant.Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy in thetreatment of non prolapse uterus has a good clinical effect,should be chosen and applied based on the actualsituation of patients.
