手法矫正力线等治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察手法矫正力线结合针刺与刺络放血治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法将120名符合纳入标准的原发性OA患者随机分成3组,治疗组予手法加针刺、刺络放血治疗,对照一组予针刺、刺络放血治疗,对照二组予口服药物治疗。评价3组治疗后的临床疗效。结果 3组治疗前后的膝关节功能综合评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,治疗组评分低于对照一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且显著低于对照二组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照一组评分低于对照二组(P<0.05)。治疗组愈显率(72.5%)明显优于对照一组(50.0%)及对照二组(25.0%)。结论手法矫正力线结合针刺及刺络放血治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of manual correcting force lines combined with needling and blood-letting treating primary knee osteoarthritis.Methods120patients with primary knee osteoarthritis were randomized into three groups.The treatment group was treated by manual correcting force lines combined with needling and blood-letting.First control group was treated with needling and blood-letting.Second control group was treated with oral medication.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment.Results The comprehensive scores of knee function before treatment in three groups had very significant difference compared with those after treatment(P<0.001).After treatment,the comprehensive score of knee function in the treatment group was lower than that in first control group(P<0.05),and significantly lower than that in second control groups(P<0.01),while the comprehensive score of knee function in first control group was lower than that in second control group(P<0.05).The cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate in treatment group(72.5%)was obviously higher than that in the first control group(50.0%)and that in second control group(25.0%).Conclusion It is effective to treat primary knee osteoarthritis by manual correcting force lines of lower limbs combined with needling and blood-letting.
