去大骨瓣减压联合血管连通术治疗大面积脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究大面积脑梗死患者通过去大骨瓣减压与血管连通术联合治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的大面积脑梗死患者80例,均在2010年1月~2016年6月入院,患者均来源于神经内科,根据是否转神经外科手术分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组和观察组患者治疗方法分别为常规药物保守治疗和去大骨瓣减压与血管连通术联合治疗。从临床治疗有效率,FMA、MBI评分及生存质量状况三方面入手,针对相关内容进行分析。结果对照组治疗总有效率(77.5%)比观察组(92.5%)低(P<0.05);在FMA、MBI评分方面,观察组治疗后评分高于对照组(P<0.05);在生存质量方面,观察组患者各项指标得分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论大面积脑梗死患者通过去大骨瓣减压与血管连通术联合治疗后,在提高治疗效果的同时,使患者肢体运动功能及生存质量均得到显著改善,存在一定推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of large area cerebral infarction in patients with large bone flap decompression combinedwith vascular communication.Methods Eighty patients with large area cerebral infarction were enrolled in our hospital from January2010to June2016.The patients were admitted to neurology.According to whether the transhepatic surgical procedure was divided into control group and observationgroup,40cases.The treatment of the control group and the observation group were treated by conservative treatment of conventional drugs andcombined with large bone flap decompression and vascular communication.From the clinical treatment efficiency,FMA,MBI score and quality oflife status of three aspects,for the relevant content analysis.Results The total effective rate(77.5%)in the control group was lower than that in theobservation group(92.5%)(P<0.05).In the FMA and MBI scores,the scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with large area cerebralinfarction can improve the physical function and quality of life of the patients with the improvement of the therapeutic effect after the combinedtreatment of the reduction of the large bone flap and the vascular communication.There is a certain value in the application.
