摘　　要：目的研究上颌第1磨牙采用微螺钉种植支抗压低伸长的临床效果.方法对2014年5月至2016年4月大理学院附属医院采用螺钉种植支抗压低伸长处理的患者的治疗效果进行统计分析.结果患者治疗前后伸长磨牙至腭平面的垂直距离分别为(27.1±6.8)mm、(17.8±3.7)mm,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).患者伸长磨牙压低长度平均为(9.30±2.81)mm.47例患者中有2例出现螺钉松动表现,发生率为4.3%,重新植入后稳定性良好,无螺钉折断、牙周炎、牙龈感染病例.对治疗满意的39例,对治疗满意度一般的4例,对治疗不满意的3例,满意度为83.0%.结论上颌第1磨牙采用微螺钉种植支抗压低伸长的效果比较理想.Objective To study the low-elongation effects of micro-screw planting resistance with themicro-screw planting resistance.Methods Forty-seven cases of patients with micro-screw planting resistance inour hospital from May2014to April2016were retrospectively analyzed,and the materials and treatment effects ofthese patients were investigated and analyzed.Results The vertical distance from the molar to the plane of thepalate before and after the treatment were(27.1±6.8)mm and(17.8±3.7)mm respectively,with significantdifference(P<0.05).Patients with elongated molars depressed average length of(9.30±2.81)mm.2of the47patients had a loosening of the screw,with an incidence of4.3%,and got good stability after re-implantation,noscrew fracture,periodontitis,or gum infection.39were satisfied with the treatment,4were satisfied with thetreatment,3were not satisfied with the treatment,and the satisfaction was83.0%.Conclusion Thelow-elongation effects of micro-screw planting resistance with the micro-screw planting resistance are good.
