肥胖、胰岛素抵抗对妊娠期糖尿病患者血清网膜素-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨孕期肥胖、胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)对妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者血清中网膜素(Oomentin-1)水平的影响.方法测量其产前体重、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)等临床指标,ELISA检测血清中Omentin-1水平.结果肥胖GDM患者胰岛素水平[(24.1±7.6I)U/m L vs(10.2±8.2I)U/m L]及HOMA-IR[(4.7±1.5)vs(2.2±2.1)]显著高于非肥胖对照组,肥胖GDM患者血清Omentin-1[(217.88±72.15)ng/m L vs(272.08±107.30)ng/m L]水平显著降低.结论肥胖、胰岛素抵抗是GDM患者血清中Omentin-1水平低下的交互因素.Objective To explore influence of obesity and insulin resistance on serum omentin-1levels inChinese gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Thirty individuals with GDM and22(normal glucosetolerance,NGT)cases were recruited in this study.Insulin levels,expressions of omentin-1were detected byELISA.Results Expression of Omentin-1[(217.88±72.15)ng/mL vs(272.08±107.30)ng/mL]wasdecreased in GDM than control group,especially in obesity with GDM(202.3±70.8)ng/mL which pre-existingobesity.Fasting insulin(FINS)[(24.1±7.6)IU/mL vs(10.2±8.2)IU/mL]level and HOMA-IR[(4.7±1.5)vs(2.2±2.1)]were higher in obesity with GDM than NGT groups.Conclusion Obesity and insulin resistancecontribute to the decrease of serum omentin-1expression in Chinese gestational diabetes mellitus
