摘　　要：目的评估肋软骨移植矫正鞍鼻畸形的效果和安全性.方法 2013年1月至2016年12月间32例鞍鼻畸形(10例男性,22例女性)平均年龄在25岁(12~30岁)进行了7肋软骨移植矫正鞍鼻畸形;14例为创伤后鼻畸形,10例为鼻畸形,8例为唇裂继鞍鼻畸形.通过肋软骨移植后效果,供区瘢痕等并发症观察,对肋软骨移植隆鼻可行性进行评估.结果平均切取肋软骨时间为30 min,肋软骨长度为4 cm术后3例出现偏斜,1例感染,1例出现固定钢针外露,2例出现胸部瘢痕增生;其余病例对手术效果满意.结论第7肋软骨容易切取,操作简单,是矫治重度鞍鼻畸形的理想移植物.Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the7th costal cartilage graft for correcting saddlenose deformity.Methods A total of thirty-two patients,10male and22female,were treated from January2013toDecember2016.The age of the patients ranged from twelve to thirty years with an average of twenty-five years.Fourteen of the thirty-two patients were cases of post traumatic saddle nose deformity,ten were congenital saddle nosedeformity,and eight were secondary cleft lip saddle nose deformity.In all of the cases,the7th costal cartilage wasused as an autologous graft for rhinoplasty.The reliability of this method was assessed in term of efficacy and safetyincluding suitability of the graft material,donor site scarring and postoperative results and complications.Results Themean time for harvesting the cartilage was30minutes,and the mean length of the harvested7th costal cartilage wasfour cm.Postoperatively,there were three cases of nasal deviation,one case of infection and one case where theK-wire exposed.Two patient's hypertrophic scaring on the donor site.All the other cases had positive successfuloutcomes.Conclusions An autologus7th costal cartilage can be harvested safely and quickly,and its handlingprocedure is simple.It is a good option as an autologous graft for rhinoplasty.
