摘  要:目的调查云南巍山回族人群的27个Y-STR的遗传多态性,并获得相关的基础遗传学数据,为法医学鉴定提供数据支持,促进地区Y-STR数据库的建立.方法采集云南巍山地区171名无关男性个体血液样本,应用YfilerRPlus试剂盒对所有样本进行27个Y-STR基因座PCR复合扩增,用ABI 3500型遗传分析仪对扩增产物进行毛细管电泳检测,统计相关遗传学参数.结果在171名巍山回族无关男性个体中,27个Y-STR基因座等位基因频0.005 8~0.720 7之间,基因多样性(GD)在0.431 4~0.940 8之间,共观察到169个唯一单倍型,1个单倍型观察到2次,单倍型多样性(HD)为0.999 86,系统识别能力(DC)为0.994 152.结论 27个Y-STR基因座在云南巍山回族人群中具有高度多态性,可以为法医学鉴定及Y-STR数据库的建立提供依据.Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphisms of27Y-STR loci in Hui population from Weishan,Yunnan Province,and obtain the genetic basic data of Hui population,to provide data support for forensic identification,and to promote the establishment of Y-STR database.Methods Blood samples of171unrelated male individuals were collected.DNA was amplified by using Yfiler R Plus system and genotyped by ABI3500Genetic Analyzer.The forensic parameters were calculated.Results In the171unrelated male individuals,the allele frequency was0.0058~0.7207,the gene diversity(GD)was0.4314~0.9408.169different haplotypes were observed once,1haplotype occurred twice.The haplotype diversity(HD)was0.99986and the discriminative capacity(DC)was0.994152.Conclusion The27Y-STR loci are highly polymorphic in Hui population from Weishan,Yunnan Province,and could be provided the basis for forensic identification and the establishment of Y-STR database.
