摘  要:研究主要分析了YBCO高温超导薄膜在垂直磁场作用下的应力、应变分布规律。基于Bean临界态模型,并且在超导薄膜仅受外加磁场的作用下,分析了超导体内产生感应磁场与电流密度的关系,由此推导了YBCO高温超导薄膜在外加磁场作用下的应力应变表达式,使用Origin、Matlab程序做出了应力应变分布图。结果表明:超导薄膜在外加磁场的作用下其应力应变主要分布在薄膜的两侧;同时发现在外加磁场逐渐增大的过程中,薄膜的应力应变极值会随着增大。The stress and strain distribution of YBCO HTS film under vertical magnetic field was analyzed in this paper.Based on the Bean critical m o del and superconducting films was only affected by magnetic field,the induced magnetic field and current density were produced in superconductor,the stress and strain expression of YBCO HTS film under external magnetic field was deduced.The stress and strain distribution diagram was made by using Origin and Matlab program.The results showed that the stress and strain of superconducting film were mainly distributed on both sides of the film under the action of external magnetic field;at the same time it was found when the applied magnetic field increased gradually,the stress and strain extremum of the film would increase with it.
