摘  要:分别在2013年夏季及2014年冬季采集宁波象山海域7个站位的表层沉积物样品,利用16S rRNA基因扩增子MiSeq测序技术研究了沉积物细菌群落的季节性分布特征.研究发现:宁波象山海域海洋沉积物细菌群落主要由γ-变形菌纲、δ-变形菌纲、酸杆菌门、α-变形菌纲、绿弯菌门和拟杆菌门组成;沉积物细菌群落的时空分布同时受地理距离、季节和环境理化因子等影响,其中地理距离占主导地位,且冬季地理距离对群落的影响更大.In the summer of2013and the winter of2014,the surface sediments of7stations in the Xiangshan area of coastal Ningbo were collected respectively.The seasonal distribution characteristics of bacterial communities of coastal surface sediments were identified,using16S rRNA gene amplicon MiSeq sequencing.The current study shows that bacterial community of sediments mainly consisted of Gammaproteobacteria,Deltaproteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Alphaproteobacteria,Chloroflexi and Bacteroidetes.The Phylogenetic diversity and Evenness of the bacterial communities in the summer were significantly lower than those in the winter.The bacterial distribution pattern was simultaneously influenced by geographic distance and season.In contrast,the effect of geographical distance on the bacterial biogeographic pattern in the winter was significantly greater than that in the summer.In addition,the spatial variability of the bacterial community of sediments was also correlated with water depth.In conclusion,the spatial distribution of bacterial communities in coastal surface sediments of Xiangshan area of coastal Ningbo was shaped by geographic distance,seasonality and environmental factors.Geographic distance was the major factor with a greater impact in the winter,compared with another two factors.
