摘 要:从长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)与癌细胞生长和代谢的关系角度,系统地分析和综述了lncRNA如何通过促进或抑制细胞周期进程调节癌细胞生长,lncRNA如何通过调节上皮间质转化影响癌细胞迁移,以及lncRNA在肿瘤细胞糖类和脂类代谢中如何发挥其作用.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are widely found in human cells and involve in vital life processes of gene expression,epigenetic regulation and X-chromosome inactivation.They are suggested to be closely related to tumorigenesis and growth suppression.The review focuses on the role of lncRNA in cancer cell growth and metabolism.A growing body of evidence suggests that lncRNA regulates cancer cell growth by promoting or inhibiting cell cycle.In addition,the review includes how lncRNA affects epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)-mediated cell migration,and how lncRNA functions as a regulator in the glucose and lipid metabolism in tumor cells.
