摘　　要：随着大连市经济社会的高速发展,流动人口犯罪问题已经成为当前影响社会秩序稳定的突出问题。大连市流动人口犯罪的特点主要有:犯罪人数多、作案数量大和多次作案现象突出。其流动人口犯罪的原因既包括自身的原因,也包括经济层面和社会管理层面的原因。针对以上特点及原因,我们应该加强情报信息建设、增强串并案侦查能力、强化流动地区间的侦查协作、优化侦查措施的选择,以提升对于此类案件的整体侦查水平。The crime of floating population has become a prominent problem affecting the stability of social order with the rapid development of economy and society in Dalian city.The characteristics of floating population crime in Dalian are more criminals,large number of crimes committed and multiple crimes.The reasons for the crime of floating population include not only their own reasons,but also the economic and social management reasons.We should strengthen the construction of intelligence,the ability of serial investigation,the investigation cooperation among the mobile areas and optimize the choice of investigation measures,so as to improve the overall investigation level of such cases.
