世界高等学校发展境外分校的现状分析——基于C-BERT数据分析

摘　　要：境外分校是高等教育国际化发展的新趋势,也是促进各国高等教育交流的重要途径。美国纽约州立大学阿尔巴尼亚分校跨境教育研究小组(C-BERT)是世界权威的跨境高等教育研究机构,该机构致力于搜集分析世界范围内境外分校的基本信息。本研究正是基于该机构所提供的境外分校的基本数据,借助统计手段揭示近年来世界范围内境外分校的发展规模、主校与境外分校的分布状况、办学水平、专业设置等特征,进而为我国高校发展境外分校提供建设性意见和参考。Establishment of overseas campuses by varied universities is a major trend of international development of higher education,and also an important way to promote the exchange of higher education in the world.Cross-border Education Research Team(C-BERT),the world's leading institute specializes in research on cross-border development of a university.This study used the statistical data provided by the agency to show the trend of overseas campuses development,distribution characteristics of host campuses and branch campuses,as well as subject setup and design.It will provide practical suggestions on overseas branch expansion of Chinese well-known universities.
