摘　　要：一直以来,对于安川PLC低成本接入以太网,构建总线控制网络的难题一直存在。以我院港口电气控制实训台改造为例,依托安川CP316H PLC,详细阐述了以太网构架PLC现场总线网络的软硬件要求及方法和步骤,用此方法构建的网络具有成本低、结构简单、施工安装方便、性能稳定、兼容性好等优点,虽然是在实训台上进行应用,但此方法同样可以应用到工业现场。since the Yaskawa PLC Ethernet with low cost,the construction problem of bus control network has always been there.In this paper,our hospital training station port electrical control transformation as an example,based on the detailed Yaskawa CP316H PLC,hardware and software requirements of Ethernet PLC fieldbus network and the methods and steps of using this method,the construction of network has the advantages of low cost,simple structure,convenient installation,stable performance,good compatibility,although it is for the application in the training table,but this method can also be applied to the industrial field.
