摘　　要：选取了大气环境、水资源、煤炭资源、土地资源等主要资源环境利用情况,评估偏关县支撑煤电产业发展的资源环境承载能力,并根据评估结果提出合理发展建议。According to the situation for utilizing main resources and environment such as the atmospheric environment,water resources,coal resources and land resources,this paper assessed the resources and environment carrying capacity for developing coal and electricity industry in Pianguan County and put forward reasonable suggestions for development according to the evaluation results.
