摘  要:为了更好地贯彻执行最新实施的工业钨铼热电偶行业标准,简要介绍了该标准的内容及编制过程。探讨了标准中有关工业钨铼热电偶分类与不可拆卸性、适用温度范围、使用气氛、允差、热电动势稳定性及高温绝缘电阻等相关规定与技术指标。详细论述了工业钨铼热电偶防氧化技术、最高检验温度、维持时间及高温绝缘电阻值的确定依据。需要注意的是,工业钨铼热电偶标准规定,对带有钼等易氧化材质保护管的工业钨铼热电偶,必须在真空或保护气氛下进行校准。工业钨铼热电偶标准将促进我国工业钨铼热电偶的发展与应用。In order to better implement the latest industrial standard of industrial tungsten rhenium thermocouples,the contents and the compilation process of the standard are introduced briefly.The related regulations and technical specifications about the classification,non-removability,applicable temperature range,usage atmosphere,tolerance,EMF stability and high temperature insulation resistance of the tungsten rhenium thermocouples are investigated.The detailed explanations for the anti-oxidation technology of the industrial tungsten rhenium thermocouple,the maximum test temperature,the maintaining time and the high temperature insulation resistance value are given.It shall be noted that the standard for the industrial tungsten rhenium thermocouples requires that the industrial tungsten rhenium thermocouple with oxidizing easily material protection tube,such as molybdenum,must be calibrated in vacuum or protective atmosphere.The standard of industrial tungsten rhenium thermocouples will promote development and applications of industrial tungsten rhenium thermocouples in China.
