摘 要:针对机织和针织相关专业课程中织物组织结构表示方法的抽象和不易于理解的问题,提出了采用虚拟仿真技术构建织物组织结构三维模型的方法,直观地展示织物的外观形态和其中纱线间的交织规律及运动轨迹。在此过程中,循序渐进地从简单织物组织的构建过渡到较为复杂的织物组织构建,可以加深学生对织物成型概念的理解,对其后续阶段机织物和针织物组织结构的创新设计有着良多助益。In view of the problem that it is abstract and difficult to understand the representation methods of fabric organization structures in the weaving and knitting related courses,a method of constructing the3D model of fabric organization structures by using the virtual simulation technology is proposed.This method can intuitively show the fabric external forms,and the interweaving rules and motion tracks among yarns.In this process,the simple fabric organization structure is transited to the more complex one progressively,which can deepen the students’understanding of the concept of fabric forming,and is beneficial for the innovative design of the organization structures of the woven fabrics and knitted fabrics in the later stage.
