摘　　要：在分析迭代式创新的概念和内涵后,以"设计型学习"和"产学研结合"为基础,将迭代式创新应用于高校工程科技人才培养,探究了一种迭代式创新实践人才培养模式,并构建了一套完整的人才培养方案,归纳了此方案顺利开展所需的特定条件,对高校人才培养具有一定的研究参考价值。In the analysis of the concept and connotation of iterative innovation,and based on“Designoriented learning”and“Combination of industry,university and research,”the iterative innovation is applied to the training of engineering,science and technology talents in colleges and universities.An innovative training mode of practical talents is explored and a complete talent training program is worked out.The specific conditions are summed up for the smooth development of this program,which has certain reference value for the talent training in colleges and universities.
