摘　　要：结合近年来工作的实践经验,提出应将规范化、统筹化、网络化与开放化等多种管理模式融合。公共实验平台应制定规范化的制度与流程,统筹管理仪器、人员及经费,依托网络技术改善仪器信息查询、仪器使用、数据传输以及经费结算,开放仪器资源、开放独立操作等具体途径,切实提升仪器的使用效率。Combined with the practical experience in recent years,it is proposed that the standard,overallplanning,networking and opening management modes should be integrated.The standard system and process should be set up for the public experimental platform to carry out the overall management of instruments,personnel and funds.The instrument information inquiry,instrument utilization,data transmission and settlement of funds are improved by relying on the network technology.The specific approaches such as opening the instrument resources,opening the independent operation,etc.,have really improved the efficiency rate of the instruments.
