摘　　要：结合山东农业大学农学院作物学科研实验室大型仪器实际情况和管理工作实践,从作物学科研实验中心的成立、管理制度的制定和落实、管理人员的素质培养、大型仪器开放管理以及使用者技能培训等方面,探讨了大型仪器规范管理的必要性,并提出了相应措施。In combination with the actual situation and the management practice of the largescale instruments in the scientific research laboratory for crop science in Agricultural College of Shandong Agricultural University,the necessity of the standard management for the largescale instruments is explored and the corresponding measures are put forward from the following aspects:the establishment of the scientific research experimental center for crop science,the formulation and implementation of the management system,the training of administrative staff’s quality,the open management of the largescale instruments,the training of users’skills,etc.
