摘 要:采用TIR、XRD、SEM、Hammett指示剂法等手段,对制备的氟硅酸铵((NH4)2SiF6)改性分子筛(HY)/凹凸棒土(ATP)催化剂进行表征,研究了氟硅酸铵改性HY/ATP催化剂脱除重整生成油中烯烃杂质的催化性能。研究表明,最佳氟硅酸铵改性条件为:氟硅酸铵溶液质量分数2.5%、改性温度70℃。该氟硅酸铵改性HY/ATP催化剂在微型间歇反应釜中进行脱烯烃实验,在反应温度170℃、反应压力1.5 MPa、催化剂占原料油5%(质量分数)时,重整生成油中烯烃杂质脱除率达到83.4%;该催化剂重复使用11次后,烯烃杂质脱除率仍达到53.1%。The ammonium fluosilicatemodified zeolite(HY)/attapulgite(ATP)composite catalyst was prepared and characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,and the Hammett indicator method.Its catalytic performance for the removal of trace amount of olefins was investigated.The optimized synthetic conditions were determined to be:the mass fraction of ammonium fluorosilicate being2.5%and the modification temperature being70℃.At the reaction temperature of170℃,the reaction pressure of1.5MPa,the catalyst loading of5%(mass fraction),the olefin removal rate could reach83.4%using the HY/ATP composite catalyst modified by(NH4)2SiF6.After the catalyst was recycled for eleven times,the olefin removal rate was as high as53.1%.
