摘 要:收集了3种扭矩下的柴油机烟炱,通过高分辨率透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪等表征手段,考察了3种柴油机烟炱的形貌、结构及化学组成;并结合柴油机缸内的燃烧参数,探讨了扭矩对产生烟炱影响的原因。结果表明:烟炱的平均粒径为28~34nm,外壳为乱层石墨结构,厚度为3~14nm;内核为无定型碳,内径为3~7nm。烟炱的平均粒径及外壳石墨层厚度均随柴油机扭矩的增加而增大。烟炱由C、O、H、N元素组成,其表面官能团以C—C和C—H为主,C—O单键含量次之,C=O键含量最少;烟炱表面C—O单键和C=O键的含量随柴油机扭矩的增加而降低。Diesel exhaust soot was collected at three operating conditions from a diesel engine.The morphology,structure and composition of three kinds of diesel soot were investigated by means of high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),Xray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectrometry,and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy methods(XPS).Results showed that diesel soot varied in diameter from28nm to34nm and all diesel soot exhibited the coreshell structure.The inner core is composed by amorphous domains,while the out shell is graphite but in a turbstratic fashion.The inner core is of around3-7nm in diameter and the out shell3-14nm thick.It is found that the primary particle size and graphitic layer thickness increases with engine load.Soot is consisted of carbon,oxygen,hydrogen,nitrogen and among the functional groups on the soot surface the content of C-C and C-H is the highest,next is C-O,followed by C=O.The oxygencontaining functional groups decrease with the increase of engine load.
