摘 要:选取新型结构先导式水压溢流阀为研究对象,基于AMEsim建模仿真,证明该新型结构先导式水压溢流阀相比于传统的溢流阀动态性能明显改善:响应时间短,超调率小。选取大小不同的阀芯质量、阻尼孔直径和弹簧刚度等结构参数,对该阀的动态特性进行仿真分析,结果表明,阀芯质量和阻尼孔直径对该阀动态性能的影响较大,需在结构设计时进行合理选择。Selecting the new type of pilot hydraulic relief valve for the study,basing on AMEsim modeling and simulation,it was proved that the dynamic performance of the new type of hydraulic pressure relief valve is obviously improved compared with the traditional relief valve such as a short response time,a small overshoot rate.The parameters such as the size of the spool,the diameter of the damping hole and the spring stiffness were selected,and the dynamic characteristics of the valve were simulated.The results proved that the spool quality and the diameter of the damping hole have great influence on the dynamic performance of the valve,and it should be selected rationally in the structural design.
