摘  要:采用MIDAS/GEN软件分别建立了多尺度有限元模型和简化有限元模型对某大跨度悬挑钢连廊施工卸载后的受力状态进行有限元分析。在结构牛腿节点采用精细化模型,其余构件采用梁单元的多尺度有限元模型与全部采用梁单元的简化模型的模拟结果进行对比分析,可以发现:二者在结构整体受力和变形方面可保持基本一致,但简化模型无法体现牛腿节点处的复杂受力状态;而多尺度模型则可明显观测到牛腿节点处各板件的局部应力,并能够体现牛腿钢梁处受到的扭转效应,对分析牛腿节点安全具有重要意义。同时,应力实际监测结果与多尺度模拟结果也更为接近,进一步证明了所采用的多尺度有限元分析方法准确、可靠,从而为保障施工卸载安全提供更加有力的技术支撑。Multiscale finite element model and simplified model of a large span cantilever steel gallery are built by using MIDAS/GEN software,i.e.,a refined meshed elements are used in the key parts of bracket,and beam elemets are used in the remaining beam members.The simulation results of the multiscale model and the simplified model all used the beam elemets were compared.It could be found that the two models can remain basically the same in the overall structural deformation and overall stress,but simplified model could not reflect the complex stress state of a bracket.While,the local stress of each plate of corbel could be clearly observed in the multiscale model,and which could reflect the torsion effect of the corbel beam.It was a very necessary measure to ensure the corbel node security.In the same time,the actual monitored results are close to the multiscale simulation results,which further proves that the multiscale finite element analysis method is accurate and reliable,which provide a technical support for the protection of unloading construction safety.
