摘  要:选取玻璃纤维过滤器和熔喷化纤过滤器,基于EN 779:2012标准,对其消静电前后的阻力、过滤效率和过滤器分级进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:1)消静电对两种材料的过滤器初阻力基本无影响;2)两种材料的过滤器在过滤效率基本相当的情况下,熔喷化纤过滤器阻力远低于传统的玻璃纤维过滤器;3)消除静电对熔喷化纤过滤器的过滤效率影响较大;4)静电是影响过滤器分级的一个重要因素。According to the EN779:2012standard,the resistance,filter efficiency and filter grade about glass-fiber filter and melt-blown chemical fiber filter were studied.The experimental results are shown below.1)The static electricity has no effect on the initial resistance of the two materials.2)Under the condition that the filtration efficiency of the two kinds of materials is basically the same,the resistance of the melt-blown chemical fiber filter is much lower than that of the traditional glass-fiber filter.3)The elimination of static electricity has great influence on the filtration efficiency of meltblown fiber filter.4)Static electricity is one of the most important factors affecting the classification of filters.
