大众健身志愿服务保障机制的研究

摘　　要：为了保障大众健身志愿者在大众健身服务中的合法权益,应不断完善大众健身志愿服务保障机制,从而不断推进大众健身志愿服务的发展。本文以我国大众健身志愿者为研究对象,采用文献资料法、深度访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,通过大量的文献研究的整理与分析,对相关概念进行了界定,并剖析了大众健身志愿服务保障机制的现状、存在问题和国外成功经验,以大众健身志愿者和专家选择的对比分析,构建了个人、政府、社会联动保障机制的基本框架。In order to ensure the mass fitness’legitimate rights and interests,voluntary services should constantly improve the mass fitness safeguard mechanism,so as to promote the development of mass fitness voluntary service.This article takes our country public health volunteers as the research object,USES the literature material method,depth interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,Through a large number of literature research and analysis,To define the concept,And analyzed the public fitness volunteer service safeguard mechanism present situation,problems and successful experience abroad,volunteers and experts to the mass fitness selection of comparative analysis,Build the individual,the government,the basic framework of social linkage guarantee mechanism.
