问题导向式教学方式在临床药师培训教育中的应用研究  被引量:1

摘  要:探讨问题导向式教学方式在临床药学继续教育中,是否更能提高学生学习的积极性、主动性,方便学生理解与吸收,能否更能结合临床实践工作的实际,能否快速提高学生解决合理用药的整体能力。方法:通过设立采用问题导向式教学的观察组与传统教学模式的对照组,根据各自的特异化教学方式在用药分析、用药教育两类学习项目进行相近内容的教学,通过考核与调研来评判两种教学方法的差异性。结果:发现采用问题导向式教学的观察组比传统教学方式的对照组无论是在用药分析(81.40±12.10vs.70.90±13.31)(P<0.01)还是用药教育(88.67±9.20vs.80.30±10.76)(P<0.05)以及最后的整体讨论(84.70±13.70vs.72.60±15.20)(P<0.001)方面都要更优,且对于所有学生的调研也证实问题导向式教学多方面占优,整体更好(24.50±0.65vs.7.25±0.48)(P<0.01),只在学习范围与实施难度方面不占优势。讨论:从整体上看,问题导向式教学方式对于临床药学这种实践性要求高、知识组合要求全的新兴学科非常合适,但是也需要在某些情况下结合一部分的传统模式的教学,以完善临床药学的教学内容。To explore the value of the problem oriented teaching method in clinical pharmacy training education,whether it can improve students'learning e nthusiasm a nd initiative,facilitating the students to understand and a bsorb more better,being combined with the actual clinical practice,and it can improve students'overall ability to resolve the rational use of drug.the observation group use problem oriented teaching and the control group use the traditional teaching mode.It used to evaluate the difference of their two teaching methods according to their specific teaching methods to similar knowledge in medication analysis and medication education two aspects.the observation group with problem oriented teaching compared to the control group of traditional teaching methods in the medication analysis(81.40±12.10vs.70.90±13.31)(P<0.01)or medication e ducation(88.67±9.20v s.80.30±10.76)(P<0.05)and the final overall discussion(84.70±13.70vs.72.60±15.20)(P<0.001)is obviously b etter,and for all the student's research also confirmed that the problem oriented teaching m ore dominant,overall better,only limited in learning scope and implementation difficulty.On the whole,the method of problem oriented teaching for clinical pharmacy practice requirements,this combination of knowledge requirements of the emerging discipline is very appropriate,but also need to combine a part of the traditional teaching mode in some cases,in order to improve the teaching content of clinical pharmacy.
