民机试飞员复杂风险科目培训方法探讨

摘　　要：民用飞机复杂/风险科目试飞难度大、风险高,要求试飞员有深厚的理论知识和娴熟的驾驶技术,所以复杂/风险科目培训是试飞员培训的重要内容。本文结合试飞员培训项目较为详细地阐述了运输类飞机试飞员复杂/风险培训的目的、内容、实施、效果评估等,通过实例总结出一些科学、实用的培训方法,可供民机试飞员培训工程参考。Civil aircraft complex/risk subjects flight test is difficult and high risk.Test pilots are required to have profound theoretical knowledge and skilled driving skills.Therefore,the training of complex/risk subjects is an important part of pilot training.The purpose,content,implementation and effect evaluation of the pilot complex/risk subjects flight test training are discussed in detail in this paper.Some scientific and practical training methods are summarized through examples and can be referenced by civil aircraft pilot training.
