摘　　要：目的建立一套新的糖尿病足评估方法,用以评价糖尿病足患者病情,并指导后续治疗。方法综合目前现行的糖尿病足评估方法,得出一种能够动态评估创面变化,同时适用于以感染为主的亚洲糖尿病足患者的评估方法——SIANM评估法(system of infection,arterial disease,neuropathy and mixed causes,SIANM)。结果按照此方法评估的不同类型的糖尿病足患者创面均得到较好的愈合。结论 SIANM评估法能够动态评估创面变化,可能更适用于亚洲糖尿病足。ObjectiveTo build a new diabetic foot assessment method to evaluate patients’condition and guide their follow up treatments.MethodsAccording to the current diabetic foot assessment methods,we built the SIANM assessment method(system of infection,arterial disease,neuropathy and mixed causes,SIANM)which could assess changes of wound dynamically and was also suitable for infection based Asian diabetic foot patients.ResultsBased on this method,the wounds of different types of diabetic foot patients were well healed.ConclusionSIANM assessment method can assess changes of wound dynamically and may be more applicable to diabetic foot patients in Asia.
