摘 要:氟化钾助溶法从煤粉炉粉煤灰中提取氧化铝工艺技术,氧化铝的溶出率可达95%以上。本文采用氟化钾助溶法制得烧结样,对烧结样做酸溶实验、水溶实验并对物料粉煤灰、烧结样、酸溶出渣、水溶出渣做XRD、SEM电镜扫描及EDS能谱分析,研究表明氟化钾助溶法的活化机理为在高温下粉煤灰中的莫来石、刚玉与氟化钾反应生成霞石、六氟铝酸钾、类高岭石及玻璃相;溶出机理也相应发生变化,溶出时实现硅铝分离,且氟最终去向主要在酸浸渣里。The acid method with KF·2H2O as firing cosolvent is used for extraction of aluminium oxide from fly ash,the extracting rate of alumium oxide is more than95%.The activation products were prepared in potassium fluoride solubilization method,which were subjected to acid-soluble experiments and water-soluble experiments.The fly ash,activated products,acid dissolved slags,water dissolved slags were analyzed with XRD,SEM and EDS.The results show that the activation mechanism of potassium fluoride solubilizing method is the reaction of mullite,corundum in fly ash and potassium fluoride at high temperature to produce nepheline,potassium hexafluoroalu?minate,kaolinite and glass phase.Also the dissdution mechanism has changed,the dissolution separate silicon and aluminum and finally fluorine to the main leaching residue in the acid leaching.
