摘　　要：本文介绍了甲醇综合能耗指标在煤制甲醇企业的计算方法和过程,在两种以上产品时,利用比例分摊法计算每种产品的能耗消耗,并举例演示计算过程,阐述了甲醇综合能耗在企业经济分析中的应用,为煤制甲醇企业节能降耗,降本增效,选择最优运行模式找到科学的分析方法,促进企业提升装置运行效率,降低单位甲醇综合能耗,提升企业生产经营效益。This paper described the method and process of the index calculation for the comprehensive energy consumption of methanol in coal-to-methanol enterprise,which used the proportion allocation method to calculate the energy consumption of every product and showed the calculation process with examples when enterprise have more than two products.This paper also illustrated the application of the comprehensive energy consumption for methanol in the economy analysis of enterprise,which helped enterprise to find the scientific method to select the best running mode for saving energy,decreasing consumption,and promoting efficiency,improved enterprise to promote the running efficiency of equipment,decreased the the comprehensive energy consumption of methanol,increased the profits of the production and management for enterprise.
