摘　　要：分析阴离子间隙的重要性及其在各科的临床应用价值,提高混合型酸碱平衡紊乱及多重酸碱平衡紊乱准确诊断率。结合阴离子间隙分析混合型酸碱平衡紊乱具有重大意义,可以避免多重酸碱平衡紊乱中的代谢性酸中毒漏诊,使用阴离子间隙作为参考指标临床可以更准确判断多重酸碱平衡紊乱。Analyze the anion gap’s clinical significance and application and improve the diagnosis rate of mixed and multiple acid-base imbalance.The analysis of mixed acid-base imbalance in accordance with AG(anion gap)is significant for it can avoid escaping diagnosis of metabolic acidosis.With the application of AG(anion gap),the diagnosis of multiple acid-base imbalance is more accurate.
