实用新型弹力保护网套应用于静脉留置针患者的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:比较实用新型弹力保护网套与某进口品牌的自粘弹力绷带对静脉留置针的保护效果。方法:选取182例泌尿外科住院患者,按照随机数表法将其分为A组和B组,每组91例。采用自身前后对照研究,行无菌操作成功穿刺留置针后,无菌透明敷贴固定留置针,然后选用实用新型弹力保护网套或自粘弹力绷带保护留置针。A组患者先使用自粘绷带,2d后使用实用新型弹力保护网套;B组患者先使用实用新型弹力保护网套,2d后使用自粘绷带。采用调查问卷方式对患者及工作人员使用自粘绷带及实用新型弹力保护网套后的感受进行调查分析。结果:比较发现实用新型弹力保护网套在操作便捷性、透气性、患者舒适度、使用依从性以及满意度等方面均优于自粘弹力绷带,其中A组护理人员、患者固定材料的使用便捷性与自粘绷带相比,差异有统计学意义(x^2=81.842,x^2=60.119;P<0.05),固定材料的维护便捷性、透气性、患者的舒适度、使用依从性以及满意度与自粘绷带比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=97.505,x^2=102.319,x^2=34.99,x^2=37.171,x^2=23.032;P<0.05);B组护理人员、患者固定材料的使用便捷性与自粘绷带相比,差异有统计学意义(x^2=93.717,x^2=64.195;P<0.05),固定材料的维护便捷性、透气性、患者的舒适度、使用依从性以及满意度与自粘绷带比较,差异有统计学意义(x^2=108.462,x^2=97.544,x^2=42.21,x^2=33.099,x^2=13.878;P<0.05)。结论:实用新型弹力保护网套对临床留置针护理有较好保护作用,适宜临床推广。Objective:To compare the protective effects between'practical patented elastic protective sleeve'and'3M self-adhesive elastic bandage'for venous indwelling needle.Methods:182patients in urology surgery were divided into A group(91cases)and B group(91cases),and the design of before-and-after self-control study was implemented.In sterile operation,after the indwelling needle was successfully punctured,it was fixed with sterile transparent sticking,and then'practical patented elastic protective sleeve(Patent ID:ZL201320716569.9)'and'3M self-adhesive elastic bandage'were used to protect the venous indwelling needle,respectively.For patients of A group,after they were implemented'3M self-adhesive elastic bandage',they received'practical patented elastic protective sleeve'from the third day.While for patients of B group,they were implemented'practical patented elastic protective sleeve'at the first stage,and then they received'3M self-adhesive elastic bandage'from the third day.A professional questionnaires for patients and paramedics were used to investigate the protective effect.Results:The'practical patented elastic protective sleeve'has series of advantages including convenient operation,breathability,comfort feel,compliance and satisfaction,and all of these aspects of'practical patented elastic protective sleeve'were better than that of'3M self-adhesive elastic bandage'.For paramedics and patients of A group,the difference of convenience between the two methods were significant(x2=81.842,x2=60.119,P<0.05).Besides,the differences of convenient maintenance,breathability,comfort feel of patient,compliance and satisfaction between the two methods also were significant(x2=97.505,x2=102.319,x2=34.99,x2=37.171,x2=23.032,P<0.05).For paramedic and patients of B group,the difference of convenience between the two methods were significant(x2=93.717,x2=64.195,P<0.05).And for the differences of convenient maintenance,breathability,comfort feel of patients,compliance and satisfaction between the two methods also were significan
