摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对磨床床身模态分析,通过试验测定的模态频率与仿真值进行对比,对有限元模型进行修正,借助于ISIGHT软件对床身进行了单目标及多目标优化设计。仿真结果表明,单目标优化设计可将床身重量减少10.06%,多目标优化设计可将床身重量减少4.38%,且床身应力、导轨最大变形量、固有频率均有改善。Modal analysis of grinder bed is conducted by finite element analysis software ANSYS,the finite element model is modified according to the comparison between the modal frequency in experiments and simulation values.Then single object and multi-object optimization design of grinder bed are conducted by ISIGHT.Simulation results show that the weight of grinder bed is reduced by10.06%in single object optimization design,while the weight of grinder bed can be reduced by4.38%in multi-object optimization,and the stress of the bed,the maximum deflection and natural frequency of guiderail are all improved.
