摘  要:以"周油796"为材料,采用培养皿培养法,研究铅离子和铜离子单一胁迫对油菜种子萌发特性的影响.结果表明:低浓度(≤10mg·L^(-1))的铜离子和铅离子处理对油菜种子的萌发影响不明显,而高浓度(≥100mg·L^(-1))的铜离子和铅离子处理能显著抑制油菜种子的萌发,并且铜离子和铅离子浓度与油菜种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数成反比.同一处理方式相同处理浓度下,铜离子对油菜种子的毒害性显著强于铅离子;不同处理方式相同浓度重金属溶液处理下,油菜种子的萌发表现为油菜种子接触重金属污染越早,时间越长,其受到的毒害越严重.这说明一定浓度的铜离子和铅离子对油菜种子萌发均有显著影响,相同浓度下,铜离子的影响更明显.Selecting rape variety named“zhouyou796”as materials and adopting petri dish culture method to study the effect of two kinds of single heavy metal ion such as lead and copper ions on germination characteristics of rape seeds.The results showed that the effect of low concentration(≤10mg·L-1)of copper and lead ions on seed germination of rape was not obvious,while the inhibition effect of high concentration(≥100mg·L-1)of copper and lead ions on rape seed germination was significant,and the concentration of lead and copper ions was inversely proportional to germination potential and germination rate and germination index and vigor index of rape seeds.The toxic effect on rape seeds between the same concentration of copper and lead ions had obvious difference under the same process mode,the toxic effect of copper ion was more significant than lead ion;under different process mode of same solution,time of getting in touch with heavy metal pollution was more sooner,toxic effect on rape seed was more serious.All above showed that a certain concentration of copper and lead ions had remarkable influence on rape seed germination,under the same concentration,the influence of copper ion was more obvious.
