废电池浸出液对植物的遗传毒性研究

摘  要:以蚕豆、大蒜、玉米为材料,研究不同浓度的废电池浸出液对3种材料根长、芽长及根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响.结果显示:随着废电池浸出液浓度的升高,3种材料的根长、芽长、根尖细胞有丝分裂指数呈现减小趋势,废电池浸出液对根系生长的影响大于对芽生长的影响.3种材料中,大蒜对废电池浸出液的毒害抗性最大.这说明废电池浸出液对3种材料的种子萌发、根系生长及根尖细胞分裂均有不同程度的影响.Using fava beans,garlic and corn as materials to study the effects of different concentrations of waste batteries lixivium on root length,bud length and root tip cell mitosis of three kinds of materials.The results were following:with increased concentration of waste batteries lixivium,root length,shoot length and root tip cell mitotic index of three kinds of materials showed a trend of decrease,the effects of waste batteries lixivium on root growth was greater than that on shoot growth,poison resistance of garlic to waste batteries lixivium was the most powerful in three kinds of materials.The above showed that waste batteries lixivium had varying degrees of effect on seed germination,root growth and root tip cell division of three kinds of materials.
