铈对紫外辐射B胁迫下油菜幼苗叶绿素含量的影响

摘  要:采用水培实验方法,研究了铈对紫外辐射B胁迫下油菜幼苗叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,紫外辐射B胁迫会导致油菜幼苗叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b比值显著降低,并且对叶绿素a合成的影响大于叶绿素b.20mg·L^(-1)的铈能最大程度缓解紫外辐射B对油菜幼苗叶绿素合成的破坏,较高浓度(≥60mg·L^(-1))的铈则抑制油菜幼苗叶绿素的合成.这说明合适浓度的铈溶液能缓解紫外辐射B胁迫对油菜幼苗的伤害,增强油菜幼苗的抗逆能力.Adopting hydroponic experimental methods to study the effects of cerium on chlorophyll content of rape seedlings under ultraviolet-B stress.The results showed that chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b ratio of rape seedlings was reduced significantly under ultraviolet-B stress,and the effects of ultraviolet-B on synthesis of chlorophyll a was greater than that of chlorophyll b.Cerium of20mg·L-1could remit the destruction of ultraviolet-B on synthesis of chlorophyll of rape seedlings extremely,while higher concentration of cerium(≥60mg·L-1)could inhibit synthesis of chlorophyll of rape seedlings.All above showed that suitable concentration of cerium solution could alleviate the damage of ultraviolet-B stress on rape seedlings and enhance resistance of rape seedlings.
