高校中青年体育教师主观幸福感研究

摘　　要：为了探讨高校中青年体育教师的主观幸福感状况,采用问卷调查等研究方法对10所高校中青年体育教师进行调查,结果如下:1)高校中青年体育教师主观幸福感得分明显高于全国水平;2)高校中青年体育教师人口统计学变量与主观幸福感总得分不存在显著性差异;3)多元回归分析表明,人口统计学变量能正向预测高校中青年体育教师的主观幸福感,总的解释量为28.8%.收入和教育程度是影响高校中青年体育教师主观幸福感得分预测权重较大、解释能力较强的变量,分别解释16.5%和7.7%.In order to investigate the subjective happiness of the young and middle aged gym teachers in university and college,the means of questionnaire,etc.have been applied to investigate them in10universities and college.The results are as the following:1)The subjective happiness of the young and middle aged gym teacher in university and colleges is obviously greater than the national level.2)There is no much different between the demographic variable and the total score of the subjective happiness for the young and middle aged gym teacher in university and college.3)The regression analysis indicates:the demographic variable can positively forecast the subjective happiness of the young and middle aged gym teacher in university and college,the total interpretation percentage is28.8%.The income and education are the very important and highly interpretable variables,which affect the forecasting scores of the subjective happiness of the young and middle aged gym teacher in university and college.The interpretations are16.5%and7.7%,respectively.
