摘　　要：本文主要通过分析Varian高能加速器高压过流(HVOC)联锁故障,提出一种故障解决方法:分段切割假负载法与代换法联合应用。当Varian高能加速器出现HVOC故障时,故障可能出在调制器柜,由充电回路过流引起,也可能出现在负载上,主要是由放电回路正向不匹配引起的。本文对不同原因引起的故障均进行了分析,并提出相应的解决方案。当面对类似故障时,维修人员需要在熟悉电路图的基础上,判断故障原因与故障点,然后进行针对性的维修,才能快速解决相应故障。This paper proposed an effective method for the maintenance through analysis of Varian high energy accelerator HVOC interlock failure:section cut and dummy load service method combined with replacement method.There were two possible reasons to cause Varian high energy accelerator HVOC interlock failure,one was charging circuit overcurrent in modulator cabinet,the other was the mismatching of discharge circuit in load.This paper analyzed different failure reasons and proposed corresponding solutions.In order to solve the problem quickly,when similar failures happens,maintenance person should judge failure cause and find failure location on the basis of being familiar with circuit diagram and do targeted maintenance.
