摘　　要：目的基于数字化手术室,建立手术示教系统,进行远程手术教学和手术观摩。方法视频部分通过Stryker服务器进行采集,音频部分由YAMAHA交互终端进行采集;系统采集到的视频信号和音频信号统一输出给标清视音频编码器,编码器对接入的视频信号进行采集编码,然后通过院内网络传输接入到手术转播示教系统。结果该系统实现了16个手术间及3个示教教室的双向视频音频传输。结论数字化手术室示教系统应用于医院手术室有助于提高医院临床教学水平,医院开展远程医疗与视频学术会议,维护良好医疗秩序。Objective In order to realize remote operation teaching and observation learning,a digital surgical demonstration and teaching system was developed based on digital operating rooms.Methods The video signal was collected by Stryker server,audio signal was collected by YAMAHA interactive terminals.The audio encoder and video encoder processed audio and video signal,which was then transferred to digital surgical demonstration and teaching system.Results Digital surgical demonstration and teaching system transmitted the bi-directional audio/video information in16operation rooms and3teaching rooms.Conclusion Digital operation teaching and observation system is helpful to improve the clinical teaching level,carry out telemedicine and video academic conference,and maintain good medical order.
