摘　　要：目的基于物联网技术,合理有效使用门急诊输液及药品全闭环管理系统,优化门急诊输液流程,实现药品全闭环管理,提高输液及用药的效率和安全。方法采用"移动+健康"的综合服务模式,应用无线网络、条码技术、RFID、红外对管传感等技术搭建系统,结合实际护理工作,总结应用技巧和注意事项。结果该系统能够改善输液环境,确保患者的用药安全,减少医疗差错,同时满足护士的移动办公需求,提高工作效率。结论该系统的应用将成为医疗信息化的新亮点,改善患者的体验,监测输液安全,提升护理水平,减少急诊医疗纠纷,提高患者的满意度,将为医院创造良好的社会和经济效益。Objective To optimize the emergency infusion process,achieve full closed loop management drugs,and improve the efficiency and safety of infusion during the hospital period by applying the door emergency infusion and full closed loop management system based on the Internet of things.Methods The integrated service model“mobile+health”was used,and the wireless network,RFID,infrared tube sensing technology and other technologies were applied to build the management system by combing with the actual nursing work,then the application skills and precautions were summarized.Results The system could improve the infusion environment,ensure patient medication safety,reduce medical errors,meet the needs of nurses in mobile office and improve their work efficiency.Conclusion The system will improve the maternal experience,monitor transfusion safety,enhance the level of care,reduce medical disputes in emergency,improve patient satisfaction,and will create good social benefit and economic profit for hospital.
