校地共建国际社区模式研究:基于重庆某高校的实践

摘　　要：现有国际社区专业服务人才缺乏,社区公共服务水平不高,资源与力量整合未能完成,未能形成多元有效的治理局面,社区居民多元需求难以满足,外籍居民归属感不强。在共享发展理念指导下,国际社区可以引入地方高校力量,通过共建国际社区治理与服务研究机构、联合培养专业人才、共同打造社区服务平台、实施社区社会工作服务项目以及共同探讨社区共建模式等方式建设国际社区多元的人文环境,完善社区公共服务体系,建设中外居民高度融合的国际社区。Current international communities are confronted with problems of the lack of professionals,low level of public service,unfinished integration of resources and power,failing to form an effective governance with multiple measures,and unable to meet the residents'multiple needs,affecting the sense of belonging among foreign residents.Under the guidance of sharing development,local college can be introduced to international community to co-build agencies for the governance and service of international community,cooperate in the personnel training,co-develop community service platform,implement social work service programs and explore the co-construction models for international community together.These measures will be adopted to create a diversifies atmosphere for the international community,optimize public service for the community,so as to build an international community that enjoys integration of Chinese and foreign residents.
