摘 要:针对厚油层层内堵水技术存在有效率低、有效期短的问题,以高强度层内深部堵水技术研究为出发点,研究了用于油层深部封堵的颗粒溶胶高强度堵剂、用于近井地带封堵的暂堵型高强度堵剂以及层内堵水的优化设计方法。室内研究表明,颗粒溶胶堵剂的封堵强度大于5 MPa,暂堵型高强度堵剂的抗压强度大于20MPa,漏失量与水泥类堵剂相比下降40%以上;现场试验表明,研究的层内堵水工艺可大幅降低油井产水,提高油井产量,堵水有效期达到1 a以上。The water plugging technology for thick oil layers has low efficiency and short validity period.For this reason,the high-strength particle sol water plugging agent for the deep water plugging of oil reservoir and the high-strength temporary plugging agent for the water plugging of near wellbore area were developed,and the optimization design of in-layer water plugging technology was studied.Laboratory research shows that,the plugging strength of the high-strength particle sol water plugging agent is higher than5MPa,the compressive strength of the high-strength temporary plugging agent is higher than20MPa,and comparied with cement water plugging agents,their leakage decreases by more than40%.Field test shows that the studied in-layer water plugging technology can greatly reduce the water production of oil wells and improve the oil production of oil wells,and the water plugging validity period of the technology is more than1a.
